I'm Raoul van Heerden. For six years I ran an agency that got paid when the answer was more ads.

I left that seat in 2026. The question founders brought me was rarely about a channel. Mostly it was why everything looked green and still felt capped.

Now I do one thing: find the one layer holding a founder-led company back, and build the fix into how the team already works.

I don't run your channels and I don't stay in the room. If you leave needing me, I did it wrong.
